The film we have selected is entitled "I Am." After facing a life-changing injury, Hollywood filmmaker Tom Shadyac (of Ace Ventura, Bruce Almighty and Patch Adams) explores questions about the meaning of human existence and compassion. "What if the solution to the world's problems was right in front of us all along?" This acclaimed documentary features thought-provoking interviews with Desmond Tutu, Lynne McTaggart, Noam Chomsky, Howard Zinn, David Suzuki, Coleman Barks and others. Tom Shadyac brought this film to the Boulder Conference on World Affairs last year. Content warning: contains some shocking imagery.
