Join us for a joyful meal and then the traditional ritual of ashes. One part celebration à la Mardi Gras and one part Ash Wednesday. It all begins with a feast of pancakes and crepes, complete with toppings, sausage on the side, fruit and beverages. It ends with a brief service of singing, confession, ashes, and entry into the season of Lent. NEEDED: crepe/pancake ingredients such as flour, eggs, milk, and butter, plus toppings like bananas, berries, chocolate chips or sprinkles, etc., along with sausage. Call or email the church office or a Worship Board member or indicate on the Friendship Pad to let us know you’re coming and what you can bring for the meal.
